What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, and the products in your cart. When you apply as a dealer, we additionally collect your business name, GSTIN (if provided), and estimated monthly volume.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, ad-network pixels, or session replay. Anonymous usage statistics are kept in our own database and never leave our infrastructure.

How we use it

• To ship your order and communicate about it.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipment, delivery). Promotional emails are opt-in.
• For dealers: to administer your account and dispatch invoices.

Who sees your data

Inside Happy Enterprises: our operations and channel team. Outside Happy Enterprises: only the courier (for delivery), the payment gateway (for completing the transaction), and the GSTN portal (for tax invoices). No one else.

Cookies

We use a single anonymous cookie to keep your cart attached to your browser session. No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies you didn't consent to.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 7 working days.

Updates

If we materially change this policy, we'll email everyone with an account and post a notice on the homepage for 30 days.
