Who we are
happyent.in is operated by Happy Enterprises, a partnership firm registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Our registered office is C-Scheme, Jaipur 302001.
Orders and pricing
All prices include GST. Listed prices may change without notice but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, with a full refund.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout (online) or on delivery (COD). Online payments are processed by Razorpay; your card details never touch our servers.
Warranty
Every product carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage from use outside the product's stated specifications.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any product is capped at the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost data, lost time, missed flights, etc).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
