Coverage

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Delivery time

• Metro cities — 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Tier-2 / Tier-3 — 5 to 7 business days.
• North-east, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman — 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees

Free shipping on orders over ₹999. A flat ₹49 fee applies to smaller orders. No hidden cash-on-delivery surcharge.

Dispatch cutoff

Orders placed before 3 PM IST on a business day ship the same day. Otherwise, the next business day. We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the courier and tracking number. You can also check status any time at /track.

If your package is damaged or missing

Write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We file the claim with the courier and ship a replacement immediately — you don't wait for the investigation.
