30 days to return. Sealed items only. Full refund to original payment method within 7 working days.
30-day return window
Not happy with what you bought? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice (we email a PDF).
What's not returnable
- Opened earphones and earbuds — hygiene reasons.
- Bulk / corporate orders — case-by-case, contact us first.
- Items damaged through misuse — physical impact, liquid exposure, etc.
How to start a return
- Write to [email protected] with your order number.
- We arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you (most pincodes).
- Once we receive the item and confirm condition, the refund is initiated.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method — UPI / card / bank account. Most reflect within 3-5 working days; outliers up to 7. COD orders are refunded to a bank account you provide.
Replacements
If you'd prefer a replacement (e.g. wrong colour shipped, defective on arrival), we'll dispatch the replacement as soon as the original is collected — you don't wait for it to reach our warehouse.
Warranty claims
For issues that develop after the 30-day return window but inside the 2-year warranty, write to [email protected] with photos / a short video of the defect. We assess and replace.
