30 days to return. Sealed items only. Full refund to original payment method within 7 working days.

30-day return window

Not happy with what you bought? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice (we email a PDF).

What's not returnable

  • Opened earphones and earbuds — hygiene reasons.
  • Bulk / corporate orders — case-by-case, contact us first.
  • Items damaged through misuse — physical impact, liquid exposure, etc.

How to start a return

  1. Write to [email protected] with your order number.
  2. We arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you (most pincodes).
  3. Once we receive the item and confirm condition, the refund is initiated.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method — UPI / card / bank account. Most reflect within 3-5 working days; outliers up to 7. COD orders are refunded to a bank account you provide.

Replacements

If you'd prefer a replacement (e.g. wrong colour shipped, defective on arrival), we'll dispatch the replacement as soon as the original is collected — you don't wait for it to reach our warehouse.

Warranty claims

For issues that develop after the 30-day return window but inside the 2-year warranty, write to [email protected] with photos / a short video of the defect. We assess and replace.
